It’s been a strange, twisted, and really, very informative year or so since I jumped into the digital marketing world. If you had asked me 12 months ago whether I would be immersed in SEO strategies, email lists and funnels, and Google Analytics, I probably would have laughed and said, “Huh?” But here I am, still above ground, alive and kicking, with a huge file full of lessons and a memory full of good and bad experiences.
So, let me give you 12 things I’ve learned in the 12 months I’ve been in digital marketing. Whether you’re just starting or a seasoned pro, these nuggets of wisdom might just give you a nudge in the right direction — or at least a chuckle along the way.
