Almost At 10 Months At My Job, and I still love it!

Howdy again, friends, family, fiends, foes, and all of you funky folks!

It’s hard to believe it’s almost been a year since I started this job at a new dealership, selling used cars. I mean, where did the time go? It feels like just yesterday I was learning the ropes, fumbling with my login, and trying not to spill my Diet Mountain Dew all over the desk — yep, that did happen, and yes, everyone saw. Fast forward to today, I’m still here, still loving every minute of it, and still managing to hold onto my soda (most days).

But what makes a job worth loving after almost a year? Why am I still waking up excited (well, as excited as someone can be at 6 a.m.) and showing up with a smile on my face? Hang on, because I’m about to share the real deal of what keeps me coming back with enthusiasm and why this job hasn’t fallen victim to the “new job honeymoon phase” that I have suffered with so often. (It’s probably me, I get bored easily)
