The answer, my friends, is a resounding, frustrating, and very real… both.
It’s like looking at a used car from two different angles. From the driver’s side, the paint is gleaming, the interior is detailed to perfection, and the engine purrs like a kitten. Looks like a million bucks! But then you crawl underneath, and you see the rust spots, a leaking oil pan gasket, and a rear suspension that’s seen better days. Both perspectives are true; it just depends on which part you’re seeing and which seems most important.
