Hey, folks! Dean Benson here, back, ready and feeling refreshed after a short 4 day vacation. I spent some quality time with old friends, who I love dearly, enjoying midwest humidity, and green terrain.as opposed to the desert here in Phoenix, and indulging in really good food. It was the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. But now that I’m back and all caught up, I’m faced with a familiar question: “Now what?”

If you’ve ever taken a break from your daily grind, you know that getting back into the swing of things can be a bit of a mountain to climb. But don’t worry! I’ve got some tips, stories, and a sprinkle of humor to help you navigate the post-vacation blues and find your groove (comfortable rut) again.

Embrace the Post-Vacation Feeling:

First thing, let’s take in that post-vacation glow a little longer. You know what I’m talking about — the lingering sense of relaxation, calm sense of being, and the mental snapshots of your favorite vacation moments. Take a few minutes each day to reminisce about your trip. Maybe it’s flipping through vacation photos or sharing stories with friends and family. Keeping those memories alive can extend the joy and keep you in a positive mindset.

Reconnect with Your Routine (Really Gently!)
